There are plenty of wild speculations and rumors going around after a small touch screen display has been leaked in images. What is more interesting is the fact that the screen seems to be carrying the Apple brand.
While the Cupertino based company has not made any announcements regarding a new device or if they are planning to do anything with a gadget that has to do with a really small touch screen, there are already plenty enough rumours to start a small Apple catalogue for fans.
One of our favorite devices in the rumors is the iWatch. This gadget is like an iPod Shuffle combined with the Apple iPhone. It plays music, has a small touch screen and it can also take and receive calls. The best part about this device is that it does all of that while strapped to a user’s wrist. But as incredibly amusing as the iWatch is, it is also impractical. Not everyone is willing to lug around an expensive and delicate digital gadget on a wrist where it is prone to getting damaged easily.
Speculations are not just stopping with the watch. After the large success of the Apple iPhone 4, many are inclined to believe that Apple might actually just try and come up with a really small version of the Apple iPhone.
As big as a stretch that may be, it is hard to deny that an actual iPhone Mini would not be a sales hit. At this point in time, it is hard to imagine that most folks in the general market whose budgets could not fit in the iPhone 4 might just actually settle for a low end Apple handset.
But yes, that is an unlikely scenario –if only for Apple’s very own style of sticking to high end devices and leaving the other market ranges for other manufacturers.
