Together with the Sony Ericsson C901 GreenHeart, the Naite is Sony Ericsson’s official demonstration of their intentions to enter the eco-friendly mobile arena. Don’t be too quick to draw as the new Sony Ericsson Naite GreenHeart still packs in a lot of impressive features. Along with video calling and high-speed internet browsing capabilities, the Naite’s one-touch access button makes life much easier for users.
Sony Ericsson Marketing Business Manager Quentin Cordier couldn’t have made it clearer when he said that “Naite is a phone that not only helps you to organise your life and work, it allows consumers to make an economical choice with the low-power charger and reduce their impact on the environment. Going green shouldn’t mean consumers have to sacrifice features or style so we’ve created a phone that is packed with impressive features such as high-speed 3G and Active desktop to help consumers manage their busy lives.”
Although the Naite may not boast the Sony Ericsson Satio’s astounding 12-Megapixel camera, it is still able to hold its own in terms of features. The Naite sports a functional 2-Megapixel camera that will also shoot QVGA videos at 15fps. The mobile’s 2.2-inch TFT screen displays a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, which means you can still expect to watch videos with adequate quality. The Naite will be available in Q3 of 2009 and will be priced at around £80.
